Radishes and Butter
Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh radishes
4 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Optional a fresh baguette!

Instructions:
Wash the radishes thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Trim off the green tops, leaving about 1/2 inch of the stems intact. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
Place the butter in a small bowl and let it come to room temperature so it's soft and easily spreadable.
Thinly slice the radishes into rounds using a sharp knife or a mandoline. If you prefer a more rustic presentation, you can also leave some radishes whole.
Spread the softened butter onto a serving platter or individual plates, creating a smooth layer.
Arrange the radish slices on top of the butter, slightly overlapping them to create an attractive pattern. If you have some whole radishes, place them in between the slices for variety.
Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground black pepper over the radishes, adjusting the amount to your taste preferences.
Also delish on a fresh baguette, spread butter, top with radishes and salt!
If desired, garnish the dish with freshly chopped chives or parsley, which adds a touch of freshness and color.
Serve immediately as an appetizer or a side dish. To enjoy, spread a bit of butter onto a radish slice, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper, and take a bite. The creamy butter complements the crisp and slightly peppery radishes perfectly.
Note: Radishes and butter can also be enjoyed with a slice of crusty bread or as an accompaniment to a salad or charcuterie board. Feel free to experiment with different herb or spice combinations to customize the flavors to your liking.
Enjoy your radishes and butter!
